Chloé Miller, MA, MFTC, LPCC
Couples come to me for help with communication, emotional and physical intimacy, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I support clients through life transitions like premarital counseling, family planning, and divorce/relationship loss. I believe romantic relationships start with yourself and so my clients learn how to cultivate self-trust, self-love, and self-compassion. To me, love is everything it's cracked up to be and authentic connection is the most beautiful human experience.
I’ve spent 10+ years helping relationships; I hold two Master's Degrees, one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and one in Marriage and Family Therapy. Furthermore, I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS/IFIO), the complex trauma processing model NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and am a Second City Chicago professionally trained Improv Comedian. I blend my individual and systemic trainings to help my clients holistically. Before counseling, I founded and managed an online dating coaching agency, for which I was a Forbes Under 30 nominee. My approach is balanced in clinical skills and interventions, emotional attunement and strategic alignment with your therapeutic goals. Additionally, I like to bring in improv games and incorporate elements of play therapy with my clients.
As a complex trauma-informed relationship therapist and the Founder of lovers COUNSELING, I use a variety of techniques including couples counseling modalities, transpersonal philosophies, mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness exercises, and improv comedy games to facilitate transformational relational healing and growth. Together, we'll build trust and emotional safety so you can deepen your relationship with yourself and enjoy more meaningful relationships with others.
